Review: This dress has a few issues: the sleeves are too short. I'm 5'9", so if you're 5'7" or shorter the sleeves could work for you but I wouldn't bet on it. Additionally, the bottom (skirt) part is very heavy material which is made worse by how super full the skirt is. I can't imagine who this dress would suit; it's a train wreck of a garment.
